One thing I’ve noticed is the fact that there are plenty of misconceptions regarding the banks intentions whenever talking about foreclosures. One myth in particular is the bank prefers to have your house. The lender wants your hard earned dollars, not your own home. They want the amount of money they lent you with interest. Preventing the bank will undoubtedly draw any foreclosed realization. Thanks for your post.
